Certificates Express can acquire the following certificates from the province of British Columbia:

Service Options:
Regular Service
- Choose this option to receive your certificate within the province's regular delivery time frame.
- Once we have received your completed application, we will process it for you using the standard government procedure.
- In all cases, your birth certificate will be sent by Express Post/Courier to you as soon as the province has completed processing.
Rush Service
- Expedited service is available for an additional fee.
- Certificate processing will be completed within 24 hours.
- In all cases, your birth certificate will be sent by Express Post/Courier to you as soon as the province has completed processing.
Additional Information:
- Processing time for British Columbia documents: 5-7 days (does not include delivery)
- Processing time for Rush service: 24 hours (does not include delivery)
