Certificates Express can acquire the following certificates from the North-West Territories:

• Wallet-size Birth Certificates
• A paper (framing) size Birth Certificate
• Restricted photocopy

Service Options:

Regular Service

• Choose this option to receive your certificate within the territories regular delivery time frame.
• Once we have received your completed application, we will process it for you using the standard government procedure.
• In all cases, your birth certificate will be sent by Express Post/Courier to you as soon as the territory has completed processing.

Rush Service

• Expedited service is available for an additional fee.
• Certificate processing will be completed within 48 hours.
• In all cases, your birth certificate will be sent by Express Post/Courier to you as soon as the territory has completed processing.

Additional Information:

• Processing time for Northwest Territories documents is 1 to 2 weeks (does not include delivery).
• Processing time for Rush service is 2 to 3 days (does not include delivery).
