Urgency
Normally, it takes 4-5 weeks to receive your passport from the Government of Canada. However, if you have a pressing or urgent need (travelling sooner than 4-5 weeks), we can help you to obtain your passport as soon as the same day.
Delivery
There is NO DELIVERY available for passports from the Government of Canada. Government regulations only allow for passports to be picked up ot mailed via Priority Post (in the case of non-urgent requests). For any other service level the passport must be picked up at your nearest Passport Office.

We submit by courier
With this service you will provide us in advance with all the necessary documents. Once we receive them we will:

- Waiting time - 4-5 weeks
- Cost: $199 + government fees + GST (courier fee is usually covered by urgency fee)

We meet you at the Passport Office
Please ensure when booking tickets with the airline of your choice that they know you are travelling to Canada to obtain your Canadian Passport, so that they will allow you to board the plane without a Canadian Passport. We are not responsible for airlines refusing you to board when coming to Canada.
With this service you will provide us in advance with all the necessary documents. Once we receive them we will:

- Meet you at the Passport Office to quickly and efficiently guide you through the passport process

We pick you up at the airport

We offer this service for individuals who are in the United States but who are unable to surrender their passport for travel reasons or where their passport has expired. It has become increasingly difficult to obtain passports at Canadian Consulates. Please refer to the Canadian Consulate web site for more information. Certificates Express provides the best available service for you to acquire your passport as quickly as possible.
From your country of origin you will provide us in advance with a copy of your application and the necessary documents. With this service we will pick you up at the airport when you arrive in Toronto and escort you to the Passport Office. When we receive a copy of your application and documents we will:
- Carefully and professionally check them for sufficiency to make sure that the application, photos and other documents conform to the government's guidelines
- Assist you in providing the necesary documents to establish your case for urgency
- On your day of travel we will pick you up at the airport and will escort you to the Passport Office to quickly and efficiently guide you through the passport process and return you to the airport on the same day with your new passport
- Waiting time - Same Day, if urgency approved by Passport Canada
