Urgency
Normally, it takes 4-5 weeks to receive your passport from the Government of Canada. However, if you have a pressing or urgent need (travelling sooner than 4-5 weeks), we can help you to obtain your passport as soon as the same day.
Delivery
There is NO DELIVERY available for passports from the Government of Canada. Government regulations only allow for passports to be picked up ot mailed via Priority Post (in the case of non-urgent requests). For any other service level the passport must be picked up at your nearest Passport Office.

We submit by courier
With this service you will provide us in advance with all the necessary documents. Once we receive them we will:

- Waiting time - up to Same Day, if urgency approved by Passport Canada

We meet you at the Passport Office
Please ensure when booking tickets with the airline of your choice that they know you are travelling to Canada to obtain your Canadian Passport, so that they will allow you to board the plane without a Canadian Passport. We are not responsible for airlines refusing you to board when coming to Canada.
When coming to Canada by air, if necessary, please contact your nearest Canadian Consulate to obtain a Temporary Travel document. This document will facilitate the airplane boarding process and will ensure that you would be able to come to Canada to obtain your Passport.

We pick you up at the airport
